Adding a Member (Admin)

Onboarding a new Member to your Organization includes the following components:
  1. Registering for an Account
  2. Connecting to an Organization
  3. Connecting to a Spouse
  4. Entering a Mentee or Mentor Registration Code
Using the "Add Member" functionality allows you to complete steps 1-3 for the person your onboarding. It will:
  1. Register them for an Account
  2. Connect them to your Organization
  3. Connect them to their Spouse


From the Dashboard or the Manage Organization page, click the green "Add Member" button.


For quick access. Click below.

Member Details

The below information will be used to create an account.
  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Gender - Male/Female
  4. The E-Mail Address used for their login
  5. The Organization will be auto-populate to your Organization. (This connects them to your Organization.)

Connect Member to Spouse

If you entered details above for the husband, you will now enter the wife's details below. This will connect spouses together in the system.
  1. Spouse's Full Name 
  2. Spouse's Email Address
Completing the "Connect Member to Spouse" details will not create an account for the spouse, but it will connect spouses together in the system. After you create an account for one spouse, you should then create an account for the other.

Admin Comments

Information enter in this area will be available only to Organization Administrators.

What's Next?

After you create an account for a User, an enrollment link will be sent to the Member.

The User MUST complete their enrollment in order to have a full account on the system. If they don't receive an E-Mail, please have them check their SPAM folder.

After they click the "Complete Enrollment" link, it will load the Marriage Mentors Support System where they can setup their password and complete their account set.

Sending a Registration Code

Now that you've created an account for a new Member, you can now send them a Registration Code from your Registration Code Inventory. Click here for more details.

Only Users that have entered a Registration Code can be fully managed. After you add a User from the "Add Member" page, they will show up at the bottom of the Manage Organization page under "Members Without Registration Codes Entered". Once they enter their Registration Code, they can be fully managed and will show up in the main "Manage Organization" listing.
